statement on AI generated art

I ain't trying to tell anyone what to do, but this is what I and my company are going to do:

I'm not going to use AI generated art in any situation where, before AI art, I would have paid an actual artist.

I'm not trying to make money from AI art.

I'm not going to try to pass off AI generated art as anything but.

I'm not going to call myself an 'artist' for making AI art. (I think of it more like I'm exploring the latent space and showing what I found.)

I'm not going to purposefully use the style of a living artist (unless they said it was okay).

If I'm paying someone else to do art, I don't mind if they utilize AI as one of their tools, but I'd like them to disclose the degree to which they used AI.
